A / ACCOUNT
Accounts & subscriptions
Start with sign-in, devices, and subscription settings. Most client issues should begin by confirming the account status and fetching the subscription again.
Do I need an email address to sign up for VPNOJ?
No email address is required. You can create an account with a username and password. Choose credentials you can remember long-term and do not reuse with other services. Keep your login details safe after registration, as you need the user panel to view plans, get clients, update subscriptions, and submit tickets.
Do I need to buy another plan when I switch devices?
No. VPNOJ does not limit the number of devices connected at the same time. One account can be used on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux devices. Sign in to the user panel on the new device to get the appropriate client and subscription—there is no need to buy another plan when changing devices.
How do I update my subscription link?
First, find your current subscription in the client and use its update, refresh, or re-fetch function. If the client still shows old routes, get the subscription again from the user panel and import it once more. Do not delete configurations that still work before updating. Clean up old entries only after confirming that the new route list has appeared.
What should I do if I forget my login details?
Because registration does not require an email address, it is especially important to keep your username and password safe. If you can no longer sign in, explain your account situation through the ticket entry in the user panel and provide information that can help verify your order. Do not show the full subscription content on public pages or in shared screenshots.
What is the difference between a monthly subscription and a data package?
Monthly subscriptions reset their data each month on the activation date: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data packages remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Choose based on how often you use the service and how your data is consumed.
B / CONNECTION
Connections & troubleshooting
Connection issues should be separated into several layers: the underlying network, client permissions, proxy mode, and the target app. Change only one condition at a time for clearer diagnosis.
The client says it is connected, but webpages still will not open. What should I do?
First, make sure the client’s system proxy or network takeover feature is enabled, then reconnect using another route. Fully close and reopen the affected webpage or app so it does not reuse an old connection. If the browser works but other apps do not, check whether those apps use separate proxy settings.
Why is a particular app not using the proxy?
A common reason is that the client is in rule mode and the app’s connection does not match a proxy rule. The app may also have retained a connection cache. Switch temporarily to global mode for troubleshooting and restart the app. Once access works, return to rule mode and review split-routing settings so unrelated traffic does not continue through international routes.
What should I do if no routes appear after importing a subscription?
First, confirm that you imported the complete subscription content just obtained from the user panel rather than truncated text. Then run a subscription update in the client. If the list is still empty, delete the failed subscription entry, copy it again from the panel, and import it once more. Do not forward subscription content in public chats or include it in troubleshooting screenshots.
Where should I start troubleshooting if I suddenly cannot connect after changing networks?
Disconnect the client first, then confirm that the underlying network can open ordinary webpages on its own. Once the basic connection is working, reopen the client, update the subscription, and switch routes. If the failure occurs only on one network, temporarily close other software that changes network routing to reduce conflicts between multiple network tools taking control of the connection.
What should I do if the client cannot connect after a system update?
A system update may require existing network permissions to be confirmed again. Open the system’s network, proxy, or extension permissions and check that the client’s required access is still enabled. Then restart the client and reconnect. If the client version is no longer compatible with the system, sign in to the user panel and get the client for the appropriate platform again.
C / ROUTES
Speed & routes
Speed is not determined by the route name alone. The underlying network, regional distance, target service, and time of use can all change the real-world experience. Compare routes under the same conditions, one factor at a time.
What should I do if the connection slows down during peak hours?
Update the subscription first so you are not relying on routes that have already been adjusted. Then switch between routes in the same region, or compare a nearby region. For video, temporarily lower the quality and rebuffer to distinguish route fluctuations from congestion on the content platform itself. Change only one condition at a time while troubleshooting to make the cause easier to identify.
Should I choose a nearby route or one in the target region?
For ordinary webpages, file transfers, and everyday tools, start with a geographically nearby route that offers a stable connection. When you need content from a specific region, choose a route in that target region. A shorter distance is not automatically better for every use case; judge by whether the target service works normally and the connection remains stable over time.
With so many routes, how can I make a useful comparison quickly?
Keep the device, underlying network, and target app unchanged. Switch only the route and repeat the same action, such as opening the same webpage or playing the same content. Do not change the client mode, network environment, and route at the same time, or it will be difficult to tell what made the difference. Save stable routes to your favorites and keep another route ready as a fallback.
What should I do when a streaming service says my region is incorrect?
First, confirm that the selected route is in the region associated with the target content, then fully exit the streaming app. Clear any saved region cache in the app or browser, reopen it, and check whether the current exit region has changed. If the message remains, try another route in the same region. The platform’s own rules may also affect the result when the account region and content region differ.
Which regions and routes does VPNOJ cover?
VPNOJ covers 100+ countries / 220+ routes. When choosing a route, do not focus only on the list size. Match it to your use case: prioritize stability and distance for everyday access, the target region for streaming, and familiar plus backup routes for AI Tools. Visit the servers page for complete regional details.
D / BILLING
Billing & refunds
Before purchasing, understand how monthly subscriptions and data packages reset. Enter the user panel for all order, upgrade, and refund actions so you can verify your account status.
What monthly subscription prices and data tiers are available?
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. All tiers use the same account and client workflow; the main difference is the amount of data included each month. Review your actual usage before choosing a tier.
Does data in a package reset every month?
No. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Options include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Unlike monthly subscriptions, which reset on the activation date, data packages suit users with irregular usage who prefer to consume data as needed.
How does upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle work?
For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before proceeding, check your current subscription status and available tiers in the plan panel, then submit the upgrade. After it is completed, return to the client and update the subscription so the account status and route configuration stay in sync.
Which payment methods are supported?
VPNOJ supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Start payment from the plan page in the user panel and use the order status shown there as the reference. If the page does not update after payment, do not submit the order repeatedly. Keep the order details and explain the situation through a ticket.
How do I request a refund?
VPNOJ offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the ticket entry, including the relevant order and the issue you encountered. Before submitting, keep the order status page available rather than providing only partial screenshots that cannot be verified. Refunds are subject to the terms published on the site.
